Our History
L+L Companies was founded in February 1959 as a three-man operation located on University Ave in the Hillcrest/University Heights area of San Diego, CA, as L+L Printers.
Since then, L+L Printers has grown to over 70 employees, located in one large facility encompassing over 60,000 square feet of workspace.
L+L Companies has remained committed to delivering the highest-quality printing, exceptional customer service, and innovative print and marketing solutions. With state-of-the-art technology, including the two HP Indigo 120K Digital Presses, a high-volume commercial printer for large-scale production, we can handle projects of any size.

We offer stochastic printing, soy based inks, G7 certifications and everything else you would expect from a premier printing company. We’re everything a printer should be and more.

L+L Large-Format Printing is our state-of-the-art variable data printing (VDP) and digital division. Our digital solutions include marketing strategies and custom-programmed applications. Recycling Practices
Our sustainability efforts extend across every part of production:
